Expressing concerns hasn't worked so far, says POH clientelle (IDs withheld for protection of vital services) why bother with a town hall meeting?

AIDS patients are slated for disposal, according to an independent survey conducted on behalf of TACE clients by WWMM.  There's no plan for dealing with long time survivors, bogus help from service providers even for vital services, and little or no support for returning to the workforce, owning property or even having savings or investments of any kind.
