Cultural grant funding disappearing

An email from Dina Hillard of the North of Market Community Benefits District informed me last week that the entire cultural grants program of CBD has been cut, due at least in part to increased liability insurance. CBD funded concerts and community events in the Tenderloin, as well as the Recovery Theater and CBD GALLERY (where I was Assistant Coordinator) . All of that.s gone now.
